UNTIL I SEE YOU AGAIN

Contributed by THUGGIN4REAL on Thursday, 3rd March 2005 @ 09:18:33 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

I WAS NEVER ONE TO BACK DOWN FROM MY OWN FIGHT
BUT WHEN YOUR GOING UP AGAINST DEATH
WALKING AWAY IS CONSIDERED BRIGHT
IT WAS LIKE I KNEW DEATH EVER SINCE I WAS A SEED
HE COULDN'T ACCEPT THE FACT THAT I WAS BORN TO SUCCEED
ALONG MY YEARS HE MADE HIS PRENSENCE KNOWN
I COULDN'T HIDE FROM HIM
CAUSE MY FACE WAS TOO CLEARLY SHOWN
WHEN I STARTED DRINKING
GUESS WHO PAID FOR THE ROUNDS
HE WAS THE TYPE THAT WOULD KICK YOU WHILE YOU WERE DOWN
HE ALSO GOT IN MY HEAD
TO TELL ME TO CUT MY THOART WITH HIS KNIFE
I ALMOST DID IT
BUT I REMEMBERED
THIS WAS MY LIFE
THAT NIGHT I LOOKED AT DEATH
AND GRACEFULLY BOWED MY HEAD
HE TURNED AWAY
AND SAID
"I'LL SEE YOU WHEN YOUR DEAD"

Evilness of satan all he ever does is come in and scare you like crap. But a child of God will be at peace when it happens because angels will come and welcome you home.
You sure have lived a life different then my own. Very very interesting. Thanks for sharing your life with us.
