Its Harder Than It Seems

You have to face it, you have to be strong, you will be better
Haven't we all heard those words over and over again
But that isn't real advise is it? Exactly know one can give real advise
They can't, some people they can help but others no they can't
They think they are helping but they aren't really it's just a mess

They tell you to talk over your problems with them
They say it helps, it can but it also makes you upset thinking about it
Why isn't there a cure? Why are you the only one feeling like this?
'Well you probably are the only one feeling like it, I know it feels like it'
Yep those words are very familiar too that's what they always say

How is that suppose to help you? It can't so you come out feeling worse
How come they are trained to make you feel bad surly that's wrong
Who knows these days everything has changed
But you know that you find it hard and all you want to do is cry

So you start crying and never think you will able to stop
There are so many thoughts rushing round your head
You don't know what to do, you can't concentrate it's all to much
You are back in that same position where you were before
What can you do? Then a whole load of people come up to you

What's wrong? Why are you always crying? You are really weird
Great that's all I needed, you can't be bothered to tell them
They wouldn't understand and would take the mick out of you
Finally they get bored and go away you are all alone and feeling down

When will this pain stop? You ask yourself
It won't always be there, but its harder to cope with than it seems
You will always have a part of you which is like that
You can never get over what happened, never
