Pearl shaded skies at the dawn of dusk
Pale blue hues, a fragrance of musk
Stillness surrounds, no breeze, not a sigh
As night time arrives and day says goodbye
Water coloured pastels encompassing space
Birds sing their encore and leave without trace
One last song from a brave little bird
Is all that is left, is all that is heard
He too bids adieu and silence steps in
A far different tune is about to begin
Venus beaming a distant light
Alone in the sky, a beautiful sight
One by one the stars appear
So far away from way down here
Another world, another place
Another time, another race
Mother Nature's curtain drawn
Resting now until the dawn
The night time song, a song of wonder
Heard by few while many slumber
Enchanting tunes to carry the mind
Resting the body and soul in kind
Mystical sounds arrive, to be found
Peaceful silence, such a beautiful sound

A stunningly beautiful write. I love this one, its so calm and soothing. written to perfections, flows smoothly and is simply wonderful. Gorgeous, expressive and inspirational.
