Words that weren't said,
Broken hearts that were never really mended.
Lies that were thrown around,
Fights, that made other people stray away.
Thoughts and feelings that never got the chance to be said,
Looks that never got the chance to be seen.
Notes that never got the chance to be read.
Prayers that were never really answered.
These are my feelings,
that I never got to say to you.
Because you never gave me the chance.
you just walked away, because I tried to stay away.
If only you weren't so stupid and if you would take the time to listen,
to the words I need to say....

| lots of people dont want to listen to when you need to say something and then the unspoken words are hanging there in empty space .. its a shame .. so many hearts wouldnt be broken if people would just listen |

| this is a very wise and truthful piece of poetry. and it made me cry because i feel this way too and firmly believe that some hearts may never mend because of words that were never spoken, i believe that. well done, great |
