I enjoy spending
a little piece of the universe
with you....
my brother, my friend.
Blood brother
you may not be....
but brother, just the same...
you are to me.
My husbands painting partner.
Two steel sky climbers...
dedicated, just alike.
Glad you were brought here...
my friend, my brother
into this...
our traveling life.
So kind you are and caring.
An uncle to our kids.
You yourself...
will make a fine father ...
some day,
with all the love you kindly give.
Yes, I am glad to know you, brother
and glad to call you friend.
A friend like you is someone
you hope to have until...
the end.

A lovely tribute to a loving friend.
True friends are so hard to find these days and when we do find them we should not let go. A beautifully written poem Laura.

| True friends are hard to find. I have had three true friends in my long life.I am an easy going kind of man that sees good in most things but a real good friend is very hard to find. Great poem I emoted with every word. Hugs from bernard. |
