DEEP WITHIN YOUR HEART
I FOUND YOUR SOUL
IT TOOK SOME TIME TO GET THERE
BUT IT WAS SOMEWHERE I HAD TO GO
YOU SAID YOU HAD FORGOTTEN HOW TO SMILE
SO YOU HID YOUR EMOTIONS
BUT THESE ARE JUST PARTS OF A WOMANS TRAIL
YOUR NOT THE ONLY GIRL TO EVER GET HURT
HOW CAN YOU GIVE RESPECT
WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN BURNT
I COULDN'T GAIN YOUR TRUST
CAUSE YOU SAID
YOU WERE TIRED OF BEING PLAYED
HOW MANY TIMES HAD I HEARD YOU SAY
GUYS JUST WANNA GET LAID
YOU CRIED ON MY SHOULDER
WHEN YOUR EYES COULDN'T HOLD YOUR TEARS
YOU EVEN OPENED UP TO SHARE YOUR DEEPEST DARKEST FEARS
PAIN IS ONLY TEMPORARY
IT WONT LAST ANY LONGER
REMEMBER
WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU
ONLY MAKES YOU STRONGER
DON'T LOOK FOR LOVE
LET IT SEARCH FOR YOU
YOU WILL KNOW WHEN IT HAPPENS
CAUSE YOUR SMILE WILL SHINE THROUGH
HE WILL MAKE YOU BLUSH
WITH COMPLEMENTS ON HOW YOU DRESS
HE'LL TELL YOU TO TAKE WHAT LIFE GIVES YOU
AND NOT TO SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS
SO LEARN TO TRUST ME
AND EXPRESS HOW YOU FEEL
CAUSE THE MAN THAT STANDS BEFORE YOU
