Without You In My Life
Without You In My Life
I know the way we parted
left a lot to be desired
I told you I was sorry its sincere
I swear I am not a lier
what can I do to prove to you
I need you back in my life
Before the pictures fades completely
I want to make things right.
I am feeling lost now without you
But as I think back on what went on
Maybe its better this way
and you should just stay gone
I have decided something
since I had the time to re-think things
I did nothing so wrong to deserve this
My heart seems no longer to sing
I take back what I said about you
I realize now I was so wrong
I no longer feel that I need you
Yes each day I keep getting strong
So don't bother to call me Please
I wont be there to answer the phone
I will however thank you
for without you I would not have grown
Its funny how things can occur
My eyes have been opened up wide
if not for a bad situation
I would still have those tears in my eyes
So I will tell you one more thing
then I am going to leave
I want to again say thank you
though its hard to believe
I now go out into my future
to find what it holds for me
I am a completely new person

Oh you touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes--not to mention flooding me with memories.
In such an elegant, strong, and honest fashion you have expressed yourself poetically.
