Painting a new path
The dew embraces
Anxious feet with candid arms
A new journey waits
The blue sky above
Offers friendship and freedom
All-encompassing
Dirt is the cushion
That will one day become mud
Today its a friend

| Cool concept... is this an established form or one you made up? I've never heard of the Saikuru before... what does that word mean (if this is something you created)? Though haiku are definitely more fitting to the japanese language, it's still a fun form to play around with, and very different from the European or Arabic forms that are far more common in our culture today at that.
