It's a day we'll always remember
The people lost we won't soon forget
Tragedy struck everyone in many differnet ways
Rubble, ash were left behind
and souls were washed away

Chorus
Year after year,
It's not as big of a deal
Day after day,
We store the memories away
But on the anniversary,
The people who died look down from heaven
as we remember 9/11

We may not think of it everyday,
But in our hearts 9/11 will stay
So as we move on we set it aside
To live our everyday normal lives

Chorus

The towers fell to the ground
The planes came crashing down
The pentagon lost half its shape
Live were take away
Repetition wont show 9/11
history again
