When the days are still and my mind is clear,
I remember the days when you were here,
The past is gone but the memories remain,
Like a shadow cast over the years of pain,
A piece of you still lives deep within my soul,
As I gather the peices to make myself whole,
It happened so fast no one could possibly brace,
When you left this world for a better place,
I would have given the world just to say goodbye,
The thougth of this still makes me cry,
I only wish god could raise the dead,
with the loving power of words unsaid,

Its always the case, lost my mom 2 yrs prior to your time..of loss. I cant understand still why she was taken at an early age, and yes words unsaid... sorry for your loss.....
