Whispering Cries

Contributed by b_rand on Sunday, 13th March 2005 @ 01:34:20 AM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

Hello? Can you hear me?
I'm sceaming in this silence.
I need you to answer.
And I need you to be honest.
Don't you realize that not knowing is worse than bad news?
This hope that I dangle by... It seems so worthless.
I feel as though I already know the answer,
But your relentless pity keeps me hanging without reason.
Answer me.
I'm torn inside, yet the lies you provide keep me hushed.
The lies you so badly tell, that you think help.
I'm letting you know now, they don't help.
Please, remove this persistent raincoat of lies from both our backs.
Just get it over with.
This is torture.

an emotional and sad heart breaking write.
You've expressed yourself so deep and well.
A great write that grips at the heart.
Hope all goes well for you
