Take your gun and fire it loud
Point it at me once again
Your words hurt when I bite the bullet
They are embedded in my skin
Killing me gracefully
It's always been your dream
You wish you could tempt me
You wish it all the same
Like a cat catching a mouse
You wish you were that fast
But I'm always a little faster
I'm the fire and the blast
Scream at me and sulk in stupidity
You can't even conceive
Of that sweet serendipity
When I'm still thriving without you
Wallow in your disappointing success
Of all the kisses that have regressed
Cause the gasoline to bleach my fire
And show me who you are

Oh oh i love this one...the title it sooo captured me "Bleach My Fire" ah tha's beautiful...this is so full of strength and power and beauty...this one put a smile on my face...i love the last lines Cause the gasoline to bleach my fire and show me who you are...that's a strong statement right there....this is an excellent write...thank you for sharing it my friend...
