The passion burns within your eyes
I can hear your somehow hidden cries
loneliness is not who you are
but it's got you wishing apon a star
Desperate measures are being taken
Deep inside your violently shaken
used and abused you've given up
behind the mask that looks so tough
But I can see through your transparent disguise
It's all revealed when you look in my eyes
the fire burning down in your soul
is far beyond anyone's control
What I am feeling for you is deeper than deep
I'm beginning to think I'll never sleep
