In My Mindset

Contributed by Pats4eva7 on Thursday, 17th March 2005 @ 08:56:17 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

I could write poems all day,
Writing away the tears.
But all the rhyming in the world,
Cannot erase the years.

My words on paper,
Ease the hurt away.
But I know its not permenant,
I know it'll find me again someway.

But what if its all for nothing?
What if they cant help me at all?
What if I plummet down again,
What if I endlessly fall?

There's no one there to catch me,
There's no sadness curing pill.
I know I can talk about it forever,
And I'll be hurting still.

I dont know how to make it stop,
I cant keep the voices at bay.
I cant stop the constant yearning,
Of leaving this evil day.

Very nice work... Why hasn't anyone read this?
I must say... Friend that I speak from experience... You always have the thought and feelings... They just fade with time... When you find a new, The feelings will pop up sometimes but brush them away and there gone again.... Hang in there and you will see that it was never worth the saddened memories...

Thank you for sharing
