Rivers that flow
From our eyes
Pain we endure
Girls and even guys
Endless war
At our feet
Scrambling to get by
But not enought to eat
Guns that shoot
From all around
We pray to God
But still the familiar sound
Screaming children
With no place to go
What a world this is
What does this show
Christians that pray
Mean everything these days
God will answer
If only we praise
