I wish I could be what

the first thought that springs to mind
the ecstasy,
the love that courses through my veins
But you love another
Such is life
And every kiss
Peck, nibble of pleasure I take
Is stolen by you
Knowing that my moments are not spent in your arms
Is enough of a thought
To make even the best days lose their charm
