Tears are running down my face
I dont know what to do
Another days gone by
And all my pains from you
You told me that you loved me
You told me that you cared
But then you went and turned your back
on all the love we've shared
And now im crying and i cant stop
You tore my heart in half
All my joys are gone
So I cant smile and I cant laugh
And as i sit here and wonder why
I ever loved you so
I remember all the bad times
and I just wanna let you know
I loved you then and soon I wont
and Ill never want you back
so later on when you miss me
Ill laugh at the love you lack
Cuz soon i wont miss you, soon i wont cry
and soon you wont make me want to die
I will live my life happy and free
even though i know we'll never be

Hi sexypantz (he he)
I've just read your poems and i think i was in a similar circumstance to you just a couple of weeks back. Reading the last few verses of this poem, it's clear you're turning the corner and are starting to get that kick-ass attidude - i love it LOL
I don't know if you have always been into poetry, or whether like me, your sadness and anger has driven you to write poems for the first time. Either way, your poems are excellent!!! |
