Pains of a broken heart

Cold as ice,
Hot as hell,
These are the
pains of a
broken heart.

Cold to freeze
the heart and
protect if
from harm,

Heat to melt
away the pain
that is frozen
to the heart.

The pains of a
broken heart
should not be
taken lightly,

For one day
your heart may freeze,
Then melt away
with all the pain.

interesting idea, kind of repetitive. but good stuff nonetheless
