Why won't it end?

Topic: LostLove

What do you mean you couldn't do anything, the flame still burns within,
It burns so much that you don't realise, what kind of state your putting me in,
You see my love grows stronger everyday, everytime I see you,
But you have gotten over it, and I keep telling myself I want to too,
Stories I hear if there true or not, cuts me so deep it hurts,
Because I know your with other girls, it backfires on me, its just like a curse,
I see the looks that people give me, like they're sick of hearing the same old story,
But they can't see, your still breaking my heart, to them its just my misery,
Day after day, your moving on, but my heart won't let it go,
Your on my mind, it just won't pass, and I keep telling myself no,
You only JUST want to be friends, but the thing is you avoid me,
What do you want me to do, stand back and let it mend?
I told you my feelings were gone, I guess I ended up lieing,
It ties me down to the ground, but I don't want this, you see I really am trying!
But I've given in to the war I'm fighting, of love, friendship and trust,
But this whole poem is full of feeling, so how can I live with JUST!
