These feelings cannot be described
Because they've yet to be defined
Feelings of frustration
Build on devestation
Feelings of bitter contempt
Forbidding me to be content
Feelings from a memory
Blinding so I cannot see
Feelings of a brighter day
One in which I've thrown away
These feelings that I've come to hate
As I sit and cry and contemplate
The way these things have made me feel
I no longer know what is and can be real

As well as many other people, I can relate to this poem. Life throws things at us that somtimes is hard to deal with...keep those feelings for a brighter day alive and it will come ...keep you head up!!!
