Fear in the pocket Tongue in the socket Pump up the volume To project the rocket
City on the moon Carved up with a spoon Shy shaky hands Make a messy prune
A trip down the drain Stopped at the brain Forced all those present To a pleasant insane
Crying eyes stopped When the final tear dropped And fell on the prize For which they had shopped
Found a new end To repeat their trend And lost all the tools To map their descend
A wing in the wind Flapping for a friend Overused and straining Snapped from the bend
