I lost my smile
And I want it back
You lost it for me
When you said all that
You tore me down
By you I was judged
I lost my soul
I can't be who I was
It wasn't just
what you said
It's what you did
I was almost misled
I was already angry
I told you that, too
But you pushed me over the edge
My tolerance blew
I used to think you understood
I used to think you cared
I used to think I could depend on you
To always and forever be there
Maybe I just need a break
A day away from you
How much more can I take?
No more judgements from you
So please just back off
Stay a few steps away
Warning is I'm angry
Not responsible for what I say
My smile remains hidden
It's funny I don't want it anymore
For faking my laughter and happiness
Is not as important as before
