Sometimes I just like to watch the sky
how big and blue, thinking "oh my"
Watching the clouds as they go by
makes you wish you were able fly
Soring above the world, feeling on top
then landing back on earth
with a blup...ker-plop
Sitting in class daydreaming things
zoning out, having dreams
when I'm done with my work
and there's nothing to do
I put my head down
and have a dream or two

| (me again)...I wanted to comment on this poem because I loved it and as I was reading it I saw it visually in my mind...you should make something to display it visually...I love being creative and playing with my writing it's an obsession on mine...I just wanted to pass along the comment...I really loved this one too!!! |
