When I think of you
Both night and day.
You're in my dreams
I see your face and...

I wish
You were right here next to me my love
And all my loneliness
Would simply fade away
Into the blackness of the night
As we would turn out the light.

I wish
You could feel
All the love in my heart for you.
It is so real not imagined so true.
How I long to hold you tight
And give you all my love tonight.

I wish
You could see
How beautiful you really are to me.
How your eyes
They sparkle and shine
In the glow of loves pale moonlight.

I wish
You could feel
My hands caressing your face
As my fingertips trace your rosy red lips.
When I gaze upon your photograph
The whole world seems to tip.

I wish
You could see
Deep down inside of me
Like a captured memory
This love that is waiting there just for you.

I wish
You could feel
Me holding you tight
Enfolding you in my arms of love tonight.

I wish
For things to be
This way
Between you and me... 'cause...
