Grant me now thy feathered kiss Nakita Let my lips join eagerly with thine For a thousand lifetimes I have waited Breathlessly for our tongues to entwine Ageless is the love that holds me captive Countless are the nights that I have dreamed Constant as the northern star this feeling Nakita, just one touch and I'm redeemed
On the wings of evermore Nakita Soaring through the vast unending skies Past a million points of light a dancin' Far beyond the sight of mortal eyes There within the darkness I am calling Hear my voice like thunder of the sea Promising the lonely days are over Oh Nakita, give your heart to me.

Wow such beautiful poetry contained within
these two stanzas it is almost mind-boggling.
I am not sure who Nakita is (your wife
maybe?), but she sounds like an amazing
girl. The second to last line really stood out to
me as I am wating for these "lonely days" to
be over. I am glad I read this.

Fantastic piece. To speak to the universe and love the galaxy that spreads before us and write passion and longing for your
(star/angel) Nakita..such incredible talent. |
