I thought it would be easier
Especially since we weren't together that long
3 months really isn't that long
It seemed like it at the time
But now that I look back on it
It was nothing to the time spent without you.
After you left and moved away
I figured everything would just go back to normal
But I couldn't get you off my mind
Nothing seemed to make sense anymore
Everything seemed wrong without you here.
I hoped you come back
See that I would love you more then anyone ever could
But you didn't
And I started to realize it was never real
Nothing we had was ever real.
Everything we said to each other
Sounded so good to me
But after you left I realized we didn't know what we were talking about
We just said things to make each other happy
And it worked
I was so happy I thought we'd never be apart.
It's easier now that I know you're never comming back
Now that I know everything you felt is gone
And everything you thought you loved about me
You don't even think about anymore
It's easier.
I'll get over losing you
It's just a matter of time
If one day we happen to run into each other
I'll say a polite hello and we'll go our seperate ways again
Like it was all a dream
Like nothing ever happened.

seriously, kinda *tear* I really enjoyed this though it was really good, but we are still driving down there. I'm serious no lie.. but if you dont wanna then okay I'll go all by me lonesome. but yea i really liked this poem, seriously, it was really good.

| wow,um u got more balls then i do[ill get over loosing you]thats a power statement i realy like this poem.even though you was only together 3 months dont mean letting go is easy,but im glad you saw the light,you sound like a strong person,i still cry over friends that i loved and will never see again,i wish i could get over loosing them but in a way i dont really want to just in case i see them again i dont think id go seprate ways ,evrything happens for a reason i guess |
