The weights be lifted
This fates been twisted
And im lighter now than i ever was before.
Ive come out from the black
And im not going back
This feeling has to be to good to last
Im feeling the things i said id never feel again
I close my eyes and smile
And know that everything is fine
And when i think about you...

And nothings going to bring me down
Nothings going to hurt me today
Nothing can take the smile you put on my face...
Not today
And no one can take those summer days from my mind
Erase the hugs and warmth from my heart
No one can touch me
Not today.
