Your gone...and I'm alone and broken again.
Washed away with the raging flood
As this life of being no one takes away my grin.
I would slit my wrist and drain all my blood,
But I love you too much to go through with it.
It's hard to see you go away,
But I know it's not your choice.
I know you had no say,
As they did'nt care to hear your voice.
But I love you and await the day,
As we will be together.
For I would die if it was any other way.
My love for you is everlasting,
And my life is only yours to take.
As I will stay here awaiting,
As we will be together, it's our fate,

Beautiful and yet heart-wrenchingly sad at the same time. Its captivating from the very first line to the last, deep, powerful and insightful, I love it. Thanks for sharing.

| this brought tears to my eyes because i know many people that have gone through the same, and the same as happened to me, except it was their choice, not someone elses. but remember...waiting your life away is no life at all..."some things change, and some things never do, but all of the things i wanted to stay the same have changed..." |
