Please don't think I'm not
Please don't think I'm stupid
But please don't think I'm smart
Please don't think I'm easy
Please don't think I'm hard to get
Please don't think you know me
But please don't give up on me yet
Please don't think I'm right
Please don't think I'm wrong
Please don't think I stay awake
But please don't think I sleep
Please don't think my life is easy
Please don't think it's hard
Please don't think I'm perfect
But please don't think I'm not
Please don't think you love me
Please don't think you hate me
Please don't think I love you
But please don't think I don't
Please don't think I'm everything
Please don't think I'm nothing
Please don't think I know you
But please don't think I do not try
Please just try to know me
Before you make your choice
Please understand that I'm just me
And that is all I'll ever be
