We had a perfect evening
From the moment I first saw you and you hugged me hello
Riding in the flashy car
And you kissed me for the first time sitting in the backseat
Then we drove down to the beach
I'll never forget the time we spent sitting on the rocks
You had your arms around me
And all I could hear was the water lapping at the shore
Then we went back to the house
We sat in the TV room with the lights off in the dark
For some time we were alone
If I could, I'd have stayed there forever wrapped up in you
Saturated with your scent
The way you treated me was like nothing I'd ever known
You make me feel deserving
You mark you've left on my heart will never fade
I hated to say goodnight
You left me in a trance and it felt like I was sleepwalking
I couldn't stop smiling
For hours all that I could do was dance to happy love songs
I can't wait to see you again
Or talk to you about nothing until the sun rises
You make me happier than
I can ever remember being before you came along
So let me stay in your arms
Until there are no more stars in the sky and no more sunsets
Come with me into a world
Where forever never ends and that's how much time we have
Because I love this feeling
I'll never let it go and you're the one who gives it to me

This is so amazing! wow.... hey, it sounds familliar... lol.. you should definitly show him this. i think he'll love it. you guys are like a perfect match, i swear it. you make each other so happy, and when your not near, your always saying how much you miss each other... its so cute! i think somebodys been bit by the love bug... :P well, its really good you two found each other, and just as you were both coming out of bad relationships too! now, look at that....lol... great poem, Dee. i loved it.
