LIES
The truth I hold in side the lies that keep my dreams alive
I hold the truth but far behind
It keeps me in peace
At times I cant kid myself that my dreams wont come true
But lying keeps me to stay sane
When really the truth is doing worse to me then my lies
I know lying is wrong but thats why I'm still here
Alive
We all like to kid our selves when it makes us feel better at times
It becomes overwhelming confusing the
Truth with my lies
I dont know what to believe what to feel
Look what the lies have done to us
Well its turned me crazy
Why did I have to lie about how my life is going to turn out.

Look what the lies have done to us...there's a deep line for people to think about...and Why did i have to lie about how my life is going to turn out....ah another deep line...i enjoyed reading this one alot....thanks for sharing it...

| Good poem! It is always better for you as long as you stay true to yourself, and don't lie to yourself about the world around you, although it'll make you feel happy for a while eventually your lies will catch up with you and you will be forced to tell yourself the gruesome truth. |
