She stood still Gazing up at the sky Watching ripples in the clouds Slowly pass her by
She doesnt mind the tears that spill The wind that blows through her hair Its just what makes her feel To grow so cold on the outside Is what makes her slowly warmer inside
As the chills begin to move up her back She doesnt mind feeling it Its the only thing shes felt in awhile Maybe this time itll stay The feelingsmaybe they wont go away

i think this is a very good and expressive write. i could picture her standing there looking at the cold grey horizon. you have a way with words. short,simple but effective. |
