Faded Colors

Contributed by thepumpkinking on Wednesday, 6th April 2005 @ 06:05:42 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

"Faded Colors"

Who'd have thought I'd feel like this?
To be full of nothing and lonliness
To feel it run so deep through me
Wonder should I drink this hemlock tea?
Could it fix all of the flaws
with a simple sip straight through the straw?

There was a time when I was fine
and felt alright inside my mind
But now I cannot sleep at night
Too busy having my self-fight
And being totally ensnared
by all of my haunting nightmares

Who'd have thought I'd get this far
only to watch myself fall apart?
I noticed it, but then ignored
And so my world's gray just like before
Couldn't sieze just what I saw,
can anybody hear my silent call?
