Disappointment

Topic: AngryPoetry

With your expectations so high
There is nothing I can do
I cant compete with who you want
I will never satisfy you
I try to give it my all
But still I disappoint everyone
I feel like just giving up
Get it over, get it done
And I have nothing left for me
This is it, this is my life
And no matter how hard I try
I cant even get this right
So I give it up now
I can no longer stand the pain
I fall to the ground so slow
Just lye there in the rain
Pushed to the side I live alone
Giving up I am left in the dust
Dragging back I cant continue
Ive fallen behind and cant catch up
I am used to the feeling
So leave me here to cry
Disappointment is all I am
Im never good enough, let me die

Very sad but well written.
We all fall short but that's no reason to quit. If someone is putting such exspectations on u then they are the one that's doing wrong.
U gotta get up, wipe the tears and keep on keeping on.
luv, huggs, faith, hope, joy, peace to u,
emy
