We walk down the street hand in hand
Not a care in the world
Just you and I
You laugh at my jokes
and kiss my cheek
singing in the wind
of this sunny day
We walk down the street
Just you and I
whistling, and enjoying the sunshine
It seems this day
will last forever
walking hand in hand
We talk, we smile and laugh all day
smelling Begonias, Convallaria, Digitalis and Althaea
As we walk dow the street
What fun we had today
Just you and I
I wish it would last forever
But I know your leaving soon
But cheer up we'll meet again soon
