Lost

Contributed by sride686 on Wednesday, 13th April 2005 @ 08:32:26 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Apart away it feels like every day
Im lost in lust and lost in my mind
Lost in all these games of my mind
But this games not mine Im just a pawn
Another piece in a game gone wrong
God speaks and they all move
In fear of Him and what Hell do
But instead I turn and walk away
I continue to live my life the same
Im not a pawn and I will not play
Im going to live my life my way
So the Devil smiles and lets me in
He tell me that I can live in sin
I think that Ive been freed of the game
But the truth is that nothings changed
Ive only switched my side Im deep in the game
But now Im happy lost in my sin
But what will happen when I reach the end

You seem to be mixed up at the moment, Insinuates you've moved across to the Dark side. Is this religious, or do you just feel you're lacking direction?

I liked your poem. I think at different phases of our lives we all struggle within. I hope you find your peace. Thanks for sharing and glad to have you on the sight!

Steve it feels as if though you're seeking the right path, but you've actually been lead to the wrong one. I sense pain anguish and despair in between the lines. Seek his guidance my dear friend and he shall shed a light for u.
Hugs,
~sue~
