Never Again
She pulls out the knife
Lets out a sigh
Cuts one deep
And slowly begins to cry
Watches as it runs
Patiently cuts one more
Sets down the knife
And walks out the door
Quickly gets a towel
Wipes the blood away
Throws the cloth down
With nothing more to say
Walks to the couch
Sits there with anger
Stands back up
With a life full of danger
Runs back to the room
Sits where shell sleep
She cant take it anymore
And cuts one deep
The blood gushes out
As red as can be
Flowing like rain
And its all she can see
She falls to her knees
And starts to weep
Grabbing the desk
For her balance she will keep
The blood goes everywhere
And starts dripping on the floor
She grabs a shirt
And wipes some more
Again she got up
Her eyes filling with tears
Never again will she do such a thing
Even through her biggest fights and fears.
