Would you believe me if I said it will be tomorrow that the Angels cry?
Would you open your eyes if they cried tonight instead?
Will you let the tears run down to your broken smile?
Would you trust me if I told you that yesterday the Angels smiled?
Would you close your eyes if they smiled tonight instead?
Will you fake that smile one more time for the Lord above?
If the oceans were just rivers,
and the mountains were only hills.
If these dreams were just wishes,
then maybe, maybe we'd be closer.
If the sky was Heaven.
Maybe the stars would finally be within our grasp,
maybe we'd see the real person inside ourselves.
If the sky was Heaven.
All our lies might be forgiven before they'd even been told,
and every disease cured before we'd even been condemned.
If only Heaven was in the sky.

The stunning imagery in this poem gave me
the chills. Wow... I cannot really put into
words what I want to say about this, but the
last stanza was amazing it was all amazing,
but the last stanza really shone. I am
definitely a fan of this.
