Blood trickling down the street
People fighting over nothing
Headed in a cycle of miserable repeat
Just because one is dark
And another light
Whether we are rich or poor
Doesnt mean ones wrong ones right
Darkening hatred pounds through our veins
Coursing through our malicious brains
It doesnt matter how different we are
A turtle A monkey or The North Star
Because in the very end
We will all be carried away
On natures wind

Yes dear friend, you said it so poignantly.
Instead of appreciating and seeing the beauty we are meant to see in each other, there is hatred.
Let us try to turn that thing around!

| So much hatred in the world. Saw yesterday that white supremacists were protesting holocaust victim remembrance activities. Why do people hate so much? It is so pointless... well, your poem was a good write. |
