The pain of an innocent kiss

The pain of an innocent kiss.

It was only a kiss
We were friends but
We felt that we had something more then most
We had good times together
No one thought the wrong thing about us
Why should they
We went out often with family and friends
They knew that we liked each other
More then most can like some one
Then one night there was a party
We went knowing that there would be drinking
And no supervision, thinking hey what could happen
They party went on we were having a good time
Things started to get a little hot and heavy around us
We had been drinking so we thought why not
We held each other close as the others started to go on their way
To other rooms to be alone
The alcohol was starting to take effect
We started petting each other
Gently and conservatively at first
A few gentle kisses on the checks and forehead
But then it happened, our mouths met
And before we could think straight
It was over with out protection
She got pregnant, we both knew
That what we did was wrong but we would work thought it
It was tough but finally the date came
But there were complications
Nether of them made it
My life was ended because we couldnt
Understand how strong our urges get when you
Are young and had been drinking.

So please dont let this happen to you. Be responsible.
keep in your pants tell you're ready to handle the possibility of this kind of pain
