heaven sent was he
all but ignored felt she
no matter what she thought or felt
she knew it was never meant to be
she only liked him
wanted her intentions met
but as her heart and age did meet
all said he was to old for thee
but what has age in a lover's eye?
is not all the same
not one need die
for when loves in sight
only then is happiness made
but when can love be considered true?
for if it be false who will prove
must we wait until pain is there
to figure out what we cannot bear?
please don't let such events be so
let my heart fly free from woe
for I think what I feel, may be just love
and if it is then let your body come
