I Wished Upon A Shootin’ Star

Contributed by EROTICADARLIN on Sunday, 24th April 2005 @ 07:14:40 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

While lookin' at the night sky,
I seen a shootin' star fly by.
I made a wish,
One for true love & happiness.
I know that wish came true,
'Cause I now have you.
You bring so much happiness to my life.
Someday in our future I will become your wife.
No matter if it's night or day,
I do as you say,
And look beyond the sky.
For there is always YOU & I.
So to all my friends I say,
When the day turns to night,
Look at the stars shinin' bright.
And if one should shoot across the sky,
Make a wish as it flies by.
