I know things between us
have not been the same
but I try to help you understand
I just want to hear you call my name

Please dont quit trying
and please dont slip away
I know we can make it better
with each and every day

All I know
Is we'll make it through
So, please dont give uo
and I will try my hardest too

I want to go back in time
and help you understand
that I didnt try to hurt you
while I was holding his hand

Please forgive me
and how bad I've made you feel
know that it was my mistake
and never make another big deal

So whenever your ready
I'm here waiting for you
I'll never make you hurt like that
And we'll act like we never knew

All I'm asking is for you to make the right choice
And if you cant forgive me
You know, thats ok
Because if someone hurt me like that, I would surely see
