I cant feel her anymore
Such a love I had for her
When she left, she left me empty
Wanting nothing more from life
But to drink it away
I saw her as I left the bar
Waiting for a taxi
I wanted to speak to her
I thought better of the idea
Nothing I could say would change things
I walked the other way
Towards the apartment we had shared
Its so desolate now
Just a place to sleep
To wake up and nurse a hangover
I cant feel her anymore
I tell myself that but it doesnt seem to help
If I couldnt feel her
I wouldnt be in this mess
I wouldnt feel the way I do
Ah, well home now
To nothing and nobody
Just that bottle of booze
And those pills the doctor gave me
Maybe this will be the night maybe.
