Why Me Lord?

Why me Lord?
Im not sure what I could have done
That warranted you sending your son
To die so cruelly on a tree
To wipe all my sins free
Tell me Lord
Why wasnt it my hands?
Nailed and ties to the stand
When it was I, who failed to be
What you come to expect from me
Why do you lord?
Continue to care?
For my burdens that you to bear
When I have failed you so many times
Yet your love I can still call mine
Show me Lord
What I can do
To make it up to you
For you gave your only son
To die, for what Ive done
