medulla oblongata

Contributed by fixed on Wednesday, 27th April 2005 @ 02:31:17 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

beat,
touch,
strings...
(words).....

following the spinal chord,
keep moving..
north bound
(cold and bitter)
the pith of me,
the marrow of my mind.

your invitation
to my inner working,
swelling veins
over active
imagine
-ation
south bound
(i'm falling).

darker then your
"i'l meet you later"
my
(medulla)
"where abouts?"
naive nerve ends..
nervous..
"next to the reception"
reception of mind?
my questions would be lonely
and rhetorical.

how could i be so naive?

you...
second fuction,
second nature.
you are the bulb of me...
the most vital part of my brain because
you contain
centers controlling my
breathing and my
heart functioning...

everything shuts down when you do not arrive.
i blink my eyes

don't

bother responding..

It makes me think of some person rubbing a naked person's back while on the bed. See, I'm not quite sure you're getting at , obviously. But....if this is your intent....hmmm.....congratulations.

i felt this right in my central nervous system. Very interesting write. "lonely and rhetorical" are two words I wouldn't have thought to put together, but they work. Really good.
