Reflecting Pool

Grief

In this sea, I can see, no scenery, just endless but ending, cliffs all descending, down into the depthes, where i've wept, reflecting pool...
Strangers stares, and spiral stares, take me here, down to where, I can see for once, what i've become, in my own eyes, and all i've done, nothing more was said but words there, ripples rip and tear, through my reflecting pool...
I apologize, i've all but died, clear away the leaves, deceit, so that I may see, myself in me, only because i've lied, and every tear, has fallen clear, to stain my heart, and make a mirror, and looking up at me, is a fool, reflecting pool...
