Pains my only constant
Fears my only friend
Hates the path thats leading me
To my nearing end
Why do I not matter
This bloody life I curse
When did everyone elses *****
Suddenly become worse
In every fight I've been in
In every life I've lived
They make me out as evil
Maybe it's time to give
My blackened heart is colder
My life's not worth a dime
Maybe I should give up now
And call it quittin' time
No one can know the pain I feel
Some think they have it worse
But every pain is different
And the person that it hurts
Fear has stayed beside me
Through the sun and the fog
It'll be with me forever
Chasing with Satan's dogs
I feel this hate inside of me
Leading to my demise
With every passing day or so
Increasing in its size
Stress has built up on me
From everyone forgetting
No one listens to what I say
Unless it is forbidding
Forget about the good stuff
And righteous things I've done
How about we focus on
The times I hurt someone
Say what you want about me
My flesh is made of steel
That's what everyone seems to think
But emotions I do feel
So say what you will about me
It only fuels the flame
You think what I've said now is bad
It's actually quite tame
I'm sorry if I hurt ya'
Hard to believe but true
But odds are good some of the same
Have come to me from you
Now if you'll all excuse me
It's time for me to end
Pain was my only constant
I feared for lack of friends
Love was always bitter
Not like the sweet juices of sorrow
Finally I'm glad to say
I won't see you tomorrow
