The silence of the night
Echoing in my head
Like sand I'm falling through the cracks
Into the sea of you
My eyes burn with firey tears
The sadness of the dawn
Pouring upon me
I get to see you with her
yippee for me
My strenght is slipping through the cracks
Soon, like the hourglass, I will run out
And break down and cry
My heart is breaking
I don't look forword to school anymore
Because of the little witch
That has taken you from me
But like sand, I've fallen through the crack

| A very nice write, written with an open heart. I especially liked "like the hourglass, i will run out... and break down and cry". the imagery and feeling is extremely strong and vivid to see. thanks for sharing. Keep up the strong writing. |
