It take courage to jump
to take that final leap
sniveling I shy back
my worthless life I do keep
Why act so surprised?
I know I'm not shocked
It's my life as a loser
in this life I am locked
Will anyone read this
think that I do not
No one will miss me
or give second thought
I'm such a bad poet
oh I suck so big time
My works all reek of
self pity, forced rhyme
New poll says gals like
men working with hands
no room for us losers
they like men with big glands
Maybe I should delete
this site from my links
and spare the whole world
from poetry that stinks
It's so overdue
my next grand mal seizure
it would be preferable
to inability to please her
Someone Humpty-Dumpty me
push me right off the wall
So lacking in courage
to take the fall
It's so shiny and sharp
I should fall on my sword
That would be preferable
to being ignored
Why does Blue Angel
a poetry hero
waste her valuable time
acknoeledging this zero

When I fall in the forest
no one will hear
In everyday life
I'm somebody's crutch
But when I need someone
no one comes through in the clutch
Who can I talk to
Not my mother, oh please
Spouting religious ideals
doth not my pain ease
Disappear of the radar
and be hard to find
I'll hardly be missed
No one will mind
This poem is so long
but I really don't care
Go click that Back button
Go take the dare
Drove home from the bridge
overlooking I-95
Found myself crying in bed
regretting being alive
I'm not a good poet
I really do suck
So big deal that I'm back
Who gives a ....

stop this. you are not a nobody, you do not suck, and this poem proves it. sure, you may not be an Edgar Allen Poe, but you have your own unique style and i give a ****, thats who gives a ****. you most definetly would be missed, what is all this bs you are coming up with? where do you get such ideas? ppl do care, i care, we here care. do not take all you have for granted. im rilly hating that i sound like a councelor right now or something but it needs to be said. you ARE loved, you DO have talent. you just keep denying it, you modest sly dog, you.

| Well, I think this is as good poem and you definitely don't suck. I can however relate to these type of feelings. Been there. They say there is always someone who loves you. Maybe you'll soon know who it is or who they are. Hang in. |
